Mamasita Drink Ingredients

  • 2 oz Palomo Mezcal
  • .5 oz Hibiscus syrup
  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Amaro Nonino
  • Muddled 3 pitted seasonal cherries
  • Add all ingredients into shaker and fine strain into colling glass with crushed ice.

  • Garnish with cherry.

Hibiscus Syrup

Add to sauce pan 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water, 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers. Bring to a boil, then let it cool to room temp. Fine strain into desired bottle and keep refrigerated.
